How can I get free shipping?

Nasty Pig will ship any order in the continental United States (US) for free via UPS Ground if your sub-total is $50 USD or higher.

The free shipping minimum for the rest of North America, including Canada, Mexico and U.S. islands like Hawaii and Puerto Rico, is $150 USD.

All other destinations have a minimum sub-total of $200 USD to receive free shipping.

Gift Returns

We only accept returns and exchanges from the United States and Canada.

As of May 24, 2023, we no longer accept returns/exchanges from Australia due to shipping-related issues.

If you purchased from Australia on May 24, 2023 or earlier, and would like to return your product or initiate an exchange, please contact our support team to receive store credit for the affected items.

DDP FAQ

What is DDP?

DDP, or Delivery Duties Paid, means you paid for any duties and taxes (charged by your country on imports) at checkout. The benefit of DDP is that you typically pay lower fees and do not have to pay any fees upon delivery. 

 

Where is DDP available?

We currently support DDP in Canada only. All other international destinations will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid), meaning the duties and taxes must be paid upon delivery by the customer.

 

How does DDP work?

We use Shopify Markets to determine duties and taxes for your order and charge for them at checkout. Once duties and taxes have been paid, we pass these funds on to your country.

 

Is DDP required at checkout?

If you are shipping to a Canadian address, DDP fees will need to be paid at checkout.  Outside of Canada, duties and taxes will be due upon delivery. 

 

Will I have to pay DDP if I live in the US or a US territory?

No, DDP is for international orders only. The United States and its territories are exempt from duties because Nasty Pig Inc is a US-based company. State taxes may vary based on local laws.

 

With DDP, do I still have to pay fees at delivery?

If you are shipping to Canada, you will pay duties and taxes at checkout rather than upon delivery. All other international shipments will be shipped DDU, where duties and taxes will be paid upon delivery.

 

If I return items that I paid duties and taxes for, how do I receive a refund for those fees?

Please reach out to your local government to request a refund of duties and taxes paid. 

In Canada, this can be initiated by visiting https://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/import/courier/crp-prio-eng.html and submitting a form.

Nasty Pig Inc cannot refund duties or taxes paid on international orders.

What happens if DDP isn’t available in my country?

Place your order as you normally would and your courier will provide you with a bill for duties and taxes at delivery.

Shipping FAQ

Can I speed up fulfillment by purchasing expedited shipping?

Purchasing expedited shipping (e.g., UPS 2-Day Air) will not increase the speed of order fulfillment.

Will my package say Nasty Pig on it?

Our return address reads "UDS C/O Nasty Pig".

For a more discreet and/or secure shipping option, you can have your order delivered to a UPS Access Point™ near your home. Simply select "UPS Local Pickup" at checkout to find a location near you.

I live in the US. What are my options?

UPS Ground or any preferred UPS expedited method.

I don’t live in the US. What are my options?

We ship via UPS. Our UPS shipping options include Worldwide Express and Worldwide Expedited.

Does Nasty Pig ship to military bases?

We are not able to ship to military bases, DPOs or similar at this time. 

For international shipments, how does Nasty Pig handle duties and taxes levied?

All duties, taxes and fees must be paid by the customer. As a business, we must label our international shipments appropriately and cannot accommodate any request to modify product pricing on invoices.

How does Nasty Pig determine the cost of shipping?

Worldwide, the shipping charges we quote to you reflect the cost of shipping as determined by UPS, with no additional markup.  If you’re finding that the shipping cost is out of whack with what you’d expect, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct options. 

Returns and Exchanges FAQ

I want to return or exchange all or part of my order. What do I do?

We only accept returns and exchanges from the United States and Canada.

We accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.  This excludes Underwear, which cannot be returned or exchanged, as well as Sale and discounted items. 

To initiate an exchange or return, please visit https://nastypig.loopreturns.com/ and submit your order number and email address. 

All return shipments should be sent using the return labels from Loop Returns. 

Why can’t I return or exchange underwear?

Per New York state law, underwear cannot be exchanged or returned. If you are unsure of your size, please visit our size chart page: https://store.nastypig.com/pages/whats-my-size.
