How can I get free shipping?

Nasty Pig will ship any order in the continental United States (US) for free via UPS Ground if your sub-total is $50 USD or higher.
 
The free shipping minimum for the rest of North America, including Canada, Mexico and U.S. islands like Hawaii and Puerto Rico, is $150 USD.
 
All other destinations have a minimum sub-total of $200 USD to receive free shipping.
 

How long will it take for Nasty Pig to ship my order?

Most of our orders ship in 2 - 3 business days. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and U.S. bank holidays. Orders placed on a Friday will not be fulfilled until the next Monday or Tuesday. Orders typically ship within 24 hours of fulfillment.
 
NOTE: Purchasing expedited shipping (e.g., UPS 2-Day Air) will not increase the speed of order fulfillment.
 

Will my package say Nasty Pig on it?

Our return address reads "UDS C/O Nasty Pig".
 
For a more discreet and/or secure shipping option, you can have your order delivered to a UPS Access Point™ near your home. Simply select "UPS Local Pickup" at checkout to find a location near you.
 

I live in the US. What are my options?

UPS Ground or any preferred UPS expedited method.

 

I don’t live in the US. What are my options?

We ship via DHL Express or UPS. Our UPS shipping options include Worldwide Express and Worldwide Expedited.
 

Does Nasty Pig ship to military bases?

We are not able to ship to military bases at this time.

 

For international shipments, how does Nasty Pig handle duties and taxes levied?

All duties, taxes and fees must be paid by the customer. As a business, we must label our international shipments appropriately and cannot accommodate any request to modify product pricing on invoices.
 

How does Nasty Pig determine the cost of shipping?

Worldwide, the shipping charges we quote to you reflect the cost of shipping as determined by UPS or DHL, with no additional markup.  If you’re finding that the shipping cost is out of whack with what you’d expect, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct options. 
  

I want to return or exchange all or part of my order. What do I do?

We accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.  This excludes Underwear, which cannot be returned or exchanged, as well as Sale and discounted items.  
 
To initiate an exchange or return, please visit https://nastypig.loopreturns.com/ and submit your order number and email address.
 
All return shipments should be sent using the return labels from Loop Returns. 
 

Why can’t I return or exchange underwear?

Per New York state law, underwear cannot be exchanged or returned. If you are unsure of your size, please visit our size chart page: https://store.nastypig.com/pages/whats-my-size.
