LOVE how the bracelet looks, feels, but the way it works definitely needs to be revisited. The mechanism that you squeeze to harness the other side to the bracelet gets easily triggered by any movement you make while wearing and as a result, it falls off randomly…which is pretty disappointing considering the price point.
NastyPig customer service was great about refunding me the full amount paid due to the defect, but I just hope no one else experiences this from this product.
Feedback: just design this with the conventional hook/clip-on mechanism…love the modern take on this bracelet, but it’s at the sacrifice of the user experience.
