How can I get free shipping?
Why am I being charged Duties and Taxes for my International order?
We only offer DDP shipping to Canada at this time.NOTE: Shipping fees do not cover the cost of duties and taxes for international orders. Why are Duties and Taxes so high for my International order?
Duties and taxes are determined by your local government. Nasty Pig does not have any control over fees.How long will it take for Nasty Pig to ship my order?
NOTE: Purchasing expedited shipping (e.g., UPS 2nd Day Air) will not increase the speed of order fulfillment.

UPS Ground, 3-Day Select and 2nd Day Air. We do not offer Next Day Air shipping at this time.

I want to return or exchange all or part of my order. What do I do?
We only accept returns and exchanges from the United States and Canada.
As of May 24, 2023, we no longer accept returns/exchanges from Australia due to shipping-related issues.
If you purchased from Australia on May 24, 2023 or earlier, and would like to return your product or initiate an exchange, please contact our support team to receive store credit for the affected items.
