    Falls off multiple times

    I love this necklace , it is beautiful , but unfortunately it doesn’t stay on. It comes off repeatedly even when just sitting still driving in the car . I can’t wear it anywhere because it keeps falling off my neck . It’s a design flaw and a real big dissapointment . It’s surprising to me they didn’t figure out how to secure it before selling it online . I took the tags off too or I would be returning it .
