Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase, we hope you’re loving your gear. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We only accept returns and exchanges from the United States and Canada.

As of May 24, 2023, we no longer accept returns/exchanges from Australia due to shipping-related issues.

If you purchased from Australia on May 24, 2023 or earlier, and would like to return your product or initiate an exchange, please contact our support team to receive store credit for the affected items.

All returns and exchange request must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Exchanges and store credit requests receive free return shipping. Returns seeking a refund will be charged a return shipping fee of up to $10.


REFUNDS

We only accept returns and exchanges from the United States and Canada.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

You will receive an email as soon as your refund or store credit has been processed.

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

 

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any condition:
  • Underwear
  • Jockstraps

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
