We typically ship all international orders on Fridays. Due to the Thanksgiving holiday during the week of November 19th, all international orders for this week will ship on Monday, November 27th, 2023.

Canada - Delays Due to Inclement Weather and Bridge Closure
We have been advised of snow and inclement weather conditions, particularly in the provinces of Ontario, Prince Edward Island, and Nova Scotia. While difficult to predict, delays of up to one week are anticipated.
Additionally, we have been advised of a bridge closure which will effect parcels traveling from the east coast into Canada. The situation is fluid and unpredictable, however delays are expected.
Destination Country Scanning Issues

We have been alerted that some destination countries practicing contactless delivery have suspended written proof of delivery. As a result of this, proof of delivery information may not be provided.
This applies to parcels bound for Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, The Netherlands, Saudi Arabia and Singapore.
