You may exchange or return all or part of your order within 30 days of receiving it, as long as the item(s) have not been used or worn.
Underwear, Sale items, and items sold at a discount are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please know when sending in a return or an exchange, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. However, regarding an exchange of goods, we will pick up the cost of shipping when sending out the replacement items.
If you feel your item is damaged or defective please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and include pics and any relevant information and we will get back to you within 1-3 business days.
