How can I get free shipping?
Nasty Pig will ship any order in North America (US/CA) for free via USPS Priority Mail if you purchase over $100.00 worth of product. That shouldn't be too difficult. We make great stuff.
How can I get Flat Rate International $19.99 shipping?
If you live outside North America (US/CA) we now offer flat rate shipping via USPS for $19.99 on all orders over $100.00 (please note this does not include import duties).
How long will it take for Nasty Pig to ship my order?
We make every effort to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. We know that you want what you want when you want it. Typically, all orders placed by 3pm EST ship same business day. Please note that our warehouse is closed on the weekends and on American bank holidays, so order fulfillment may, on rare occasions, take up to 3 business days.
Also, during these holiday periods as well as during sale promotions, it may take longer than expected to ship your order but please know we will work as fast as possible to fulfill each order as quickly as possible and we highly appreciate your patience and understanding.
Will my package say Nasty Pig on it?
For the discretion-minded: we’re very proud to be Nasty Pig, but our goods ship to you under the name N**** P**.
I live in the US. What are my options?
USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground or any preferred expedited method.
I don’t live in the US. What are my options?
Internationally, in addition to UPS Worldwide service, we are able to offer USPS delivery options. USPS Priority Mail International and Express Mail International are significantly less expensive than UPS for international shipments, and many of our customers who do not live in the US find they are the best options.
I live in Canada. What’s my best option?
The shipping costs quoted by UPS to Canada are lower, but you will be assessed an additional importation fee. We generally recommend that our Canadian customers use USPS.
Does Nasty Pig ship to military bases?
Of course; however labelling requires a separate process. We ask that customers shipping to apo/fpo addresses select USPS shipping, and enter the destination as the address below, while posting your own APO/FPO address to the notes field of your order

For international shipments, how does Nasty Pig handle duties and taxes levied?
As a business, we must label our international shipments appropriately or risk our ability to ship internationally. At this time, duties and fees imposed on imported clothing are the responsibility of the customer.
How does Nasty Pig determine the cost of shipping?
Worldwide, the shipping charges we quote to you reflect the cost of shipping as determined by UPS or USPS, with no additional markup. If you’re finding that the shipping cost is out of whack with what you’d expect, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct options – or just give us a call.
I want to use different addresses for billing and shipping. How can I do so?
If you want to ship the goods you purchase to an address that is different from the address associated with your credit card, we must take additional steps to verify your identity. When you place an order with different billing and shipping addresses, one of our Sales Managers will reach out to you directly to request that you provide us with a photograph of your photo ID, or engage with us in a video chat to document the presence of your photo ID. All documentation of this sort will be securely disposed of once your identity is verified. Please note that we take these additional steps to protect you, our customers, and to keep your online identities and financial information secure.
I want to return or exchange all or part of my order. What do I do?
We accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. This excludes Underwear, which cannot be returned or exchanged, as well as Sale and discounted items.
Before you ship anything back to us, you must contact us to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. You may contact us at 855.205.8356 or email@example.com for this number, which you should write on the outside of the box you send back. All return shipments should be sent via a trackable method.
Why can’t I return or exchange underwear?
Per New York state law, underwear cannot be exchanged or returned. If you are unsure of your size, please contact us – though generally,
